ลักษณะการนำไปใช้งาน
FDM06-X จาก EYC-TECH คืออุปกรณ์วัดอัตราการไหลขั้นสูงที่ผสานเทคโนโลยี Thermal Mass และ Differential Pressure เข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อเพิ่มความแม่นยำและความเสถียรในการวัดค่า Flow โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องชดเชยอุณหภูมิหรือความดันเพิ่มเติม เหมาะสำหรับงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องการความแม่นยำสูง เช่น ระบบลมอัด (Compressed Air), HVAC, Cleanroom และ Process Control
FDM06-X ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อตอบโจทย์การวัดอัตราการไหลในระบบอุตสาหกรรมที่มีความซับซ้อน โดยใช้หลักการ Hot-wire Thermal Mass Sensor ร่วมกับ Differential Pressure ซึ่งช่วยให้สามารถตรวจจับการไหลแม้ในช่วง Flow ต่ำได้อย่างแม่นยำกว่าระบบ DP แบบดั้งเดิม
ด้วย Turndown Ratio สูงถึง 100:1 ทำให้สามารถใช้งานได้ในช่วงการไหลที่กว้าง ลดจำนวนอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องใช้ในระบบ และลดต้นทุนโดยรวม อีกทั้งยังรองรับการปรับค่า K-factor เพื่อให้ค่าที่วัดได้ตรงกับสภาพหน้างานจริงมากยิ่งขึ้น
นอกจากนี้ยังรองรับการเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ Automation และ IoT ผ่าน RS-485 Modbus RTU ทำให้สามารถนำไปใช้ร่วมกับ PLC, SCADA หรือ Energy Management System ได้อย่างง่ายดาย
