ลักษณะการนำไปใช้งาน
เซนเซอร์วัดค่าความเร็วลมและอัตราการไหลของลม FDM06-L จากแบรนด์ EYC-TECH ซึ่งเป็นผู้ผลิตที่มีประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญอย่างยาวนานในการผลิตเซนเซอร์สำหรับระบบระบายอากาศภายในอาคาร โรงงาน , ระบบอัดอากาศ , กระบวนที่มีการใช้อากาศในการควบคุมหรือผลิต
FDM06-L Series เซนเซอร์วัดความเร็วลมที่ออกแบบมาเฉพาะสำหรับงานวัดความเร็วลมที่ต่ำมาก โดยช่วงการวัดจะอยู่ที่ 0.1-10 m/s มีค่าความแม่นยำสูงถึง ± 1.0% F.S. และสามารถวัดอัตราการไหลได้แบบสองทิศทาง (bi-direction) โดยเซนเซอร์วัดความเร็วลมที่ย่านต่ำขนาดนี้ถูกออกแบบมาให้ใช้กับการวัดและควบคุมการไหลเวียนของอากาศแบบลามินาร์ (Laminar Flow Control) ซึ่งใช้กับห้องคลีนรูม ห้องผ่าตัด ห้องปลอดเชื้อหรือห้องปฏิบัติการที่มีการควบคุมการไหลเวียนของอากาศซึ่งจะมีอากาศไหลเวียนเข้ามาในห้องน้อยมาก และจำเป็นต้องควบคุมการไหลของอากาศอย่างเป็นระบบ ความเร็วลมจะต้องนิ่งตามค่ามาตรฐานในการนำห้องควบคุมหรือตู้ปลอดเชื้อนั้นไปใช้งาน เป็นต้น
FDM06-L Series นั้นออกแบบมาให้ง่ายต่อการติดตั้งมีชนิดให้เลือก 3 แบบด้วยกันคือ Duct Type , Laminar Type และ Overflow Type ซึ่งสามารถเลือกให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานและติดตั้งได้ทันที คุณสมบัติเด่นของรุ่นนี้คือ
- ตรวจวัดได้อย่างแม่นยำแม้มีอากาศไหลผ่านที่ค่าน้อยมากๆ
- สามารถวัดอัตราการไหลได้ทั้งสองทิศทาง
- สามารถวัดอัตราการไหล , ความเร็วลมได้
- มาพร้อมจอแสดงผล LCD ที่สามารถแสดงผลได้ทั้ง ความเร็วลม (Air velocity) และอัตราการไหล (Air volume)
- โพรบทำจากวัสดุโลหะสแตนเลส 304 แข็งแรงทนความดันได้สูงถึง 16 bar
- สัญญาณเอาท์พุตที่หลากหลายคือ Analog 4..20mA หรือ 0..10V และ Output Relay อีกทั้งยังมีการสื่อสารในรูปแบบ RS485 Modbus RTU มาให้อีกด้วย
