ลักษณะการนำไปใช้งาน
เซนเซอร์วัดความดันแบบดิจิตอล (Digital Pressure sensor) รุ่น MQ Series จากแบรนด์ Akusense เป็นเซนเซอร์วัดความดันแบบหน้าจอแสดงผลดิจิตอล LED สว่างดูและสังเกตได้ง่ายจากพื้นที่ติดตั้ง มีให้เลือกสองประเภทคือแบบ Low Pressure ช่วงความดันที่วัด -101...101 kPa และแบบ High Pressure ช่วงความดันที่ -0.1...1 MPa โดยมีสัญญาณเอาท์พุตให้เลือกหลายแบบเช่น สวิทซ์เอาท์พุต NPN/PNP , อนาล็อกแรงดัน 1-5VDC , อนาล็อกกระแส 4-20mA , RS485 Modbus ตัวเซนเซอร์มีขนาดกะทัดรัดและตั้งค่าพารามิเตอร์และแรงดันผ่านปุ่มตั้งค่า มี LED แสดงผลสถานะเอาท์พุต
โดยนิยมนำไปใช้มอนิเตอร์ความดันภายในกระบวนการอาทิเครื่องจักรที่มีอุปกรณ์นิวเมติกส์ในการควบคุม , เครื่องจักรหรือหัวจับแบบแวคคั่มต่างๆ , ระบบอัตโนมัติและโรบอทหยิบจับชิ้นงาน เป็นต้น
